Finom, Amsterdam challenger bank, raises €115m

Amsterdam-based Finom, a challenger bank aimed at SMEs and entrepreneurs, said it raised €115 million in Series C funding.

Finom describes itself as an “all-in-one business solution that merges accounting, financial management, and banking into a seamless, mobile-first platform” for entrepreneurs.

“This massive step forward is led by AVP, with continued support from our long-term believers: General Catalyst, Northzone, Cogito Capital Partners, and our newest ally, Headline,” said the company.

Finom CEO Andrew Petrov said: “European SMEs need financial tools that work as hard as they do — that’s what we’re building.”

Finom chairman Konstantin Stiskin said: “This funding represents validation of our vision to create a truly empowering European business environment where entrepreneurs can thrive regardless of their size.”
